Enter Initial Weight for Phase II and Progress
We are currently in Phase II of our weight loss challenge. Your initial weights can be founded in this section. Use this section to enter your progress. I will enter all the weights recorded from our Monthly meetings under this section. I am also including a chart from Weight Watchers Weight Ranges to give you an idea what a healthy level is for you and also to to remind you of your goals.
The first row indicates your height, second row min. weight for all adults, third row indicates the Remommended weight for ages up to 25 yrs. old, fourth row inidicates Remommeded weight for ages between 25& 45 and the last row indicates weights for all adults 45+. Most of us will fall under the fourth row.

I just want everyone to know how greatful I am that we are being motivated by such a wonderful person. Being held accountable for what goes in my mouth and the exercise that I do is what I have needed all along. The habits I am forming now will turn into routine before long. Thank you all for the inspiration. One of the things that I am doing to help with the food cravings and eating issues is to write down everything I am going to eat the next day...sometimes more days if I know the next day is going to be crazy. That way I am focused on what I am going to get to eat instead of all the things I should not have. If I make something very good for dinner I don't eat it all at once, but save some for tomorrow. That way I eat smaller portions, but I am also excited to eat more tomorrow. I don't mind eating leftovers.
Thank you to everyone for being there for me and helping me make my new habits routine.
